Faehner Esq., LLC, and Steven Hitchcock of Special Needs Lawyers, P.A., at the Clearwater Bar’s 66th Annual Oyster Roast March 24. More than 600 attendees enjoyed oysters, spirits, and food from 13 food stations, all sponsored by bar members, on the grounds of the Florin Roebig law firm in Palm Harbor. The event may have started even earlier than 1946, as one of the CBA members reports his mother attended her first oyster roast in 1939. The oyster roast is thought to be one of the longest running local bar events in the state and maybe the Southeast. The annual event has already been scheduled for March 23 of next year.
