De Bruyne: The season is new, the result is the same…

first_imgManchester City midfielder Kevin de Bruyne talks about the reasons for the defeat of his team in the 1/4 final match of the Champions League against Olympique Lyonnais (1: 3) last night. The Belgian scored the only goal for the “citizens” and the English again missed a place in the semi-finals.Gulliver/Getty Images“This team is great, but we made too many mistakes. We make mistakes too often this year. The season is new, the result is the same. I don’t think the first half was good enough. I think we knew that. We started slowly and didn’t have many opportunities. We played well in the second half. We started to put pressure on the opponent, to play in a more attacking way, as we usually do, and we had everything to win. We created enough chances to score the required number of goals. We need to learn from this lesson, “De Bruyne said. Follow us anywhere and anytime with the mobile application of Gong.bg.
